At Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS), we are committed to providing personalized, evidence-based treatment for your child while also offering ongoing support for you as parents. As your child’s greatest advocate, your involvement is essential to their success. We believe in empowering you with the tools and knowledge to reinforce therapy strategies at home, ensuring consistent and effective progress.

The first step to getting treatment is to email or fax us the following items:

DOCUMENTATION
Send us a copy of:
  • Front and Back of Insurance Card
  • Scored Autism Diagnosis Report from a doctor (not a school)
  • A recent Note from the doctor (within the last year)saying that the child is recommended to have ABA Therapy.

  • Previous ABA Therapy Records
  • Previous Speech Therapy Records
  • Previous Occupational Therapy Records
  • School IEP records if already in school

Our approach to therapy includes parent training, which will allow you to implement the same ABA techniques that we use during sessions. This collaborative approach ensures that your child receives cohesive support, whether at home, in the community, or with our therapy team. Open communication is key, so we encourage you to stay connected with us and share any concerns or behavioral challenges your child may be facing.

  • Getting Started:
To begin ABA therapy, please complete and submit the documents listed below. You can submit them electronically, via email, or by fax.

    Fax Number: 678-404-8607
    Email: info@btsabatherapy.com

Once your paperwork is received, we will verify your insurance benefits. After that, our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will schedule an initial assessment with your child.
  • Initial Assessment:
The initial assessment typically takes place at our center and lasts approximately 4-6 hours. During this time, our BCBA will engage your child with a variety of fun, interactive activities to assess their skills and needs. Afterward, we will provide you with a detailed report of the findings, along with a customized treatment plan designed to address your child’s unique needs.
  • Ongoing Progress:
We reassess your child’s progress approximately every six months to ensure they are making meaningful strides toward their goals. Our BCBA will review the results with you and make any necessary adjustments to the individualized treatment plan. Additionally, you’ll have access to your child’s progress reports through our secure online portal, allowing you to track their development over time.

Every child learns at their own pace, and we encourage patience and understanding as progress is made. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) has been extensively researched and proven to be a highly effective method for helping children with ASD reach their fullest potential. At Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS), our success is measured by your child’s success. We are excited to celebrate every milestone together!

Please send your completed forms as soon as possible to ensure your application is processed in a timely manner and to avoid being placed on the waitlist.

Thank you again for trusting us with your child’s care. We look forward to working with you and supporting your family on this journey.

Best regards,
The Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) Team
