Know about us Our Team

At Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS), our team is driven by a deep passion for helping children on the autism spectrum reach their fullest potential. We are not just therapists—we are advocates, partners, and committed supporters of every child we serve. Our dedication to ABA therapy goes beyond a job; it’s a calling. Each day, we bring not only our expertise but also our hearts to the work we do.
We are proud to have a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about understanding and improving human behavior. Our staff participates in regular training to stay current with the latest developments in behavioral science, ensuring we provide the highest level of expertise in the field. Each team member undergoes a thorough background check and holds current CPR and Safety-Care certifications, ensuring the safety and well-being of every child in our care.
Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) directly oversee each child’s program on a daily basis, making adjustments and providing ongoing training and hands-on support to our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff as needed. This ensures that each child’s journey is continually optimized for the best possible outcomes.
In addition to our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), we are proud to work alongside a dedicated group of professionals who bring unique skills and expertise to our center:
Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): Our RBTs are highly trained and certified professionals who work directly with the children, implementing the personalized therapy programs designed by our BCBAs. They are essential in helping children develop important skills and behaviors in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Speech Therapists: Our Speech Therapists specialize in supporting children with speech and language delays, helping them overcome communication barriers and improve their ability to express themselves. They focus on a wide range of skills, including articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and speech fluency. By using evidence-based techniques and individualized treatment plans, our Speech Therapists work closely with each child to develop their speech and language skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Whether it’s improving clarity of speech, developing social communication skills, or enhancing non-verbal communication, our Speech Therapists play an integral role in helping children find their voice and connect with those around them.
Occupational Therapists: Our Occupational Therapists are dedicated to helping children develop the necessary skills for everyday activities that support their independence and well-being. They focus on improving motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities. Occupational Therapists empower children to engage fully in school, home, and community life. They also work with children who may have difficulties with coordination, motor planning, or sensory integration, providing targeted support to help each child thrive in their environment.
ASL Instructors: For children who benefit from non-verbal communication methods, we make arrangements with specialized ASL (American Sign Language) instructors who provide targeted training to facilitate effective communication and connection. These instructors work closely with our team to ensure that each child’s communication needs are met with personalized care.
Receptionist/Office Manager: We are also fortunate to have our Receptionist/Office Manager, who is the first point of contact for families visiting our center. With a warm smile and a welcoming attitude, she ensures that all families feel comfortable and supported from the moment they step through our doors. She is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every individual who interacts with our center, offering assistance with scheduling, questions, and any other needs that may arise. Her professionalism and kindness make a significant impact on the positive, welcoming atmosphere at Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy
