Here’s how the process works:

Initial Call

Once you reach out to us, we’ll schedule an initial intake call. This is your chance to ask questions, learn more about our services, and get the ball rolling. We’ll guide you every step of the way!

Paperwork Made Easy

We’ll send you our intake paperwork via email—no need to visit in person! Fill it out at your convenience, and return it to us when ready.

Share Your Child’s Diagnostic Report

To ensure we provide the best possible care for your child, we’ll need to review their diagnostic report. You can send this to us by email, and we’ll share it with our providers to make sure your child’s initial assessment is tailored to their specific needs.

Initial Assessment

Once we have your paperwork, we’ll schedule the initial assessment. During this session, a certified BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will work with both you and your child to evaluate their needs and lay the foundation for their treatment plan.

If you’re seeking additional services, such as Speech or Occupational Therapy, those specialists may join the session as well. On average, the assessment will last about 1 to 2 hours, though it may take a little longer (up to 3 hours) if multiple specialists are involved.

Here’s how the process works:

Treatment Plan Development

After the assessment, our providers will take a few days to evaluate the results and develop a personalized treatment plan. Once the plan is ready, we’ll send it to you for review. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, provide feedback, and suggest any adjustments.

Insurance Approval

Once we’ve finalized the treatment plan, we’ll submit it to your insurance for approval. If there are any issues with coverage, don’t worry—we’ll handle the appeals process on your behalf, ensuring your child receives the services they need.

Start Services

Once your insurance approves the treatment hours, we’ll meet with you to discuss the next steps and schedule therapy sessions. We’re committed to making the transition as smooth as possible so you and your child feel supported every step of the way.

Center-Based ABA Therapy

Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Afterschool Center-Based Program

Monday–Friday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

In-Home ABA Therapy

Monday–Friday: 3:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

After-Care Program

Additional supervised care beyond scheduled therapy hours, available upon request.
