At Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS), the Role of BCBA in ABA Therapy is central to every child’s care. Far beyond supervision, the BCBA is responsible for assessing each child, designing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and mentoring the therapy team.

Our BCBAs work closely with families and RBTs to ensure that each therapy program is personalized, effective, and compassionate. The Role of BCBA in ABA Therapy also involves being a leader, a guide, and a source of support for both the clinical team and the family.
